Essential Oil Blends


All Essential Oils are to be diluted before putting on the skin. Essential Oils are concentrated and are best used in small amounts.

Applications



I = Inhalation

Diffuser - car, electric, ceramic, light ring, glass 6-8 drops

Mister (Environmental) - 45 drops per 30 ml water

Mister (Body/Face) - 15 drops per 30 ml of water

Tissue - one drop and inhale, avoiding eye area


M = Massage must be diluted in cold pressed vegetable oil or lotion or cream base

*For healthy adults 7-15 drops per 30 ml of massage base

*Older Children or Seniors half the amount 3-7 drops per 30ml


B = Bath

Bath tub add up to 8 drops of essential oil to a full tub

Foot bath add up to 4-6 drops of essential oil

B* = Use very little citrus’ in the bath, could tingle the skin

Aphrodite


Blend of Bergamot, Grapefruit, Rose Geranium, Ylang Ylang III
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Best to avoid during pregnancy, citrus’ can cause sun sensitivity
Uses:
Great for depression, pms, menopause. Uplifting and calming, balancing effects. Good to add to creams and lotions, massage oils, bath oils, bath salts, soap, candles and more…

Christmas Forest


Blend of Pine, Fir and Spruce Essential Oils.
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Could be a skin irritant, best to avoid during pregnancy
Uses:
Wonderful memories of Christmas, again like the Christmas spirit blend, it is good for colds, flu’s and coughs.

Christmas Spirit


Blend of Orange Sweet, Vanilla, Clove, Cinnamon and Cedarwood Atlas Essential Oils.
Application: I

Contraindications: Skin irritant, in using in cold process soap – brings it to trace quickly due to the clove, cinnamon content.
Uses:
Bring Joy to the home and a warming feeling (if you like Christmas!), antiseptic to diffuse, wonderful for colds, flu’s

Citrus Celebration


Blend of Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Lime
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Citrus’ can cause sun sensitivity, don’t go out directly into sun after applying to skin (never apply to skin directly, always dilute in lotion, creams etc.)
Uses:
Uplifting, refreshing, good for the immune system.

Clarity Blend


Blend of Rosemary, Lavender and Peppermint
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Best to avoid during pregnancy, with high blood pressure.
Uses:
Clears the mind, aids memory and good for boosting the immune system.

Energizer


Blend of Lemon, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Basil
Application: I, M

Contraindications: Best to avoid during pregnancy, with high blood pressure.
Uses:
Stimulating, clears the mind, supports the immune system, helpful for headaches.

Immune


Blend of Peppermint, Tea Tree, Rosemary, Myrtle and Spruce.
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Best to avoid during pregnancy, with high blood pressure.
Uses:
Antiseptic, antiviral, antimicrobial, antitussive (helps for coughs), expectorant.

Li'l Cherubs


Blend of Orange, Lavender, Myrtle and Tea Tree
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Best to avoid until the last trimester of pregnancy.
Uses:
Helps little ones calm down and sleep. Great for colds and stuffy noses too…

Muscle & Joint


Blend of Eucalyptus (globulus), Camphor, Cajeput, Rosemary.
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Best to avoid during pregnancy, with high blood pressure, with epilepsy and may antidote homeopathic remedies.
Uses:
Helps those sore, tired, aching muscles with its analgesic and cooling/warming effects.

Pet Blend


Blend of Benzoin, Cedarwood, Citronella, Lemongrass, Pine Essential Oils.
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Don’t put directly on cats (they have sensitive skin), best to mist around their bedding, sleeping areas, etc.
Uses:
Deters little pests, great for dogs, is also helpful for skin irritants

Romance


Blend of Orange Sweet, Neroli light, Patchouli
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Best to avoid during the first two trimesters of pregnancy
Uses:
This blend is to help create that sensual mood, it is calming, relaxing and an aphrodisiac.

Serenity


Blend of Orange Sweet, Roman Chamomile, Lavender
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Best to avoid during the first two trimesters of pregnancy
Uses:
With the grounding effects of Sandalwood and sedating effects of Lavender, this blend is created to help calm the mind and help with sleep.

West Coast


Blend of Eucalyptus Radiata, Fir, Pine and Cedarwood.
Application: I, M, B

Contraindications: Best to avoid during pregnancy, in cases of high blood pressure and with epilepsy.
Uses:
This blend is like escaping outdoors into the forest, helps with colds, stuffy heads, coughs and asthma.
